The goal of the invest\u00adment is to inte\u00adgrate the open source block\u00adchain soft\u00adware EOSIO into Moon\u00adlight\u00adin\u00adg\u2019s Block\u00adchain Profile Manage\u00adment System (BPMS).<\/p>\n<p>Moon\u00adlight\u00ading is the first on-demand mobile solu\u00adtion that uses a block\u00adchain-powered plat\u00adform and proprie\u00adtary tokens to create a virtual market\u00adplace for self-employed and small busi\u00adness refer\u00adrals. Foun\u00added in 2014 in Char\u00adlot\u00adtes\u00adville, Virgi\u00adnia, the company will use the invest\u00adment to trans\u00adfer more than 700,000 user profiles to its block\u00adchain using EOSIO. Each profile beco\u00admes trans\u00adfera\u00adble and conta\u00adins important data such as ratings, recom\u00admen\u00adda\u00adti\u00adons, and confir\u00adma\u00adti\u00adons of third-party licen\u00adses and certi\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtes. Moon\u00adlight\u00ading will also trans\u00adfer its mobile manage\u00adment tools, such as CRM or mobile payment, to the block\u00adchain to enable users to work secu\u00adrely online.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FinLab EOS VC Europe I GmbH &amp; Co KG is a fund mana\u00adged by FinLab AG that invests exclu\u00adsi\u00advely in projects based on the open source block\u00adchain soft\u00adware EOSIO<\/strong>. The fund focu\u00adses on seed and early-stage start\u00adups seeking equity invest\u00adment. The joint <strong>fund of USD 100 million was<\/strong> laun\u00adched <strong>by Block.one, the company behind EOSIO, and FinLab AG<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advi\u00adsor FinLab EOS VC Europe I: DLA&nbsp;Piper&nbsp;<\/strong><br>\nThe DLA Piper team led by part\u00adner Simon Vogel also included senior asso\u00adciate Michael Rebholz (both Private Equity\/Venture Capi\u00adtal, Munich).
