The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is subject to appr\u00adoval by the rele\u00advant anti\u00adtrust authorities.<\/p>\n

Lekker\u00adland is the specia\u00adlist for on-the-go consump\u00adtion and offers inno\u00adva\u00adtive service, custo\u00admi\u00adzed logi\u00adstics and a wide whole\u00adsale range in seven Euro\u00adpean count\u00adries. The focus is on the needs of custo\u00admers and consu\u00admers. Lekker\u00adland serves around 91,000 points of sale in seven Euro\u00adpean count\u00adries and has cutting-edge brands and private labels in its range. Custo\u00admers include gas stati\u00adons, stores, kiosks, conve\u00adni\u00adence stores, bake\u00adries, food retail\u00aders and quick service restau\u00adrants.
