Our port\u00adfo\u00adlio has grown to an all-time high, and the port\u00adfo\u00adlio compa\u00adnies are report\u00ading signi\u00adfi\u00adcant increa\u00adses in sales and profits. Despite the some\u00adti\u00admes chal\u00adlen\u00adging and vola\u00adtile econo\u00admic envi\u00adron\u00adment, we were thus able to increase earnings to 112 million euros and the port\u00adfo\u00adlio return by more than 16%. \u2014 Our compa\u00adnies are pioneers in a rapidly chan\u00adging Euro\u00adpean economy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hilde Laga, Chair\u00adman of the Board of Direc\u00adtors of Gimv, adds: \u201cThe success of our invest\u00adment stra\u00adtegy and the strong perfor\u00admance of our compa\u00adnies were confirmed last year. That is why we are again propo\u00adsing an attrac\u00adtive divi\u00addend of 2.5 euros per share.\u201d<\/p>\n

The results for fiscal year 2018\u20132019<\/strong> refer to the conso\u00adli\u00adda\u00adted figu\u00adres for the report\u00ading period from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019:
\n\u2014 Net result (Group share): 112.1 million euros (or 4.41 euros per share)
\n\u2014 Contin\u00adued good results of port\u00adfo\u00adlio compa\u00adnies: 10% increase in sales, 14% EBITDA growth
\n\u2014 Port\u00adfo\u00adlio result: 155.3 million euros
\n\u2014 Port\u00adfo\u00adlio return: 16.2% (above the target of 15% for the fifth time in a row)<\/p>\n

Invest\u00adments \/ divestments:<\/strong>
\n\u2014 Total invest\u00adments from own balance sheet: 222 million euros in 9 new invest\u00adments (inclu\u00adding the invest\u00adment in Cool\u00adworld Rentals alre\u00adady announ\u00adced in March and closed at the begin\u00adning of April 2019)
\n\u2014 Inten\u00adsive buy-and-build stra\u00adtegy at various port\u00adfo\u00adlio compa\u00adnies: 20 add-on acquisitions
\n\u2014 Total proceeds from dispo\u00adsals via own balance sheet: 196.2 million euros<\/p>\n

Balance sheet and portfolio:<\/strong>
\n\u2014 Invest\u00adment port\u00adfo\u00adlio: grows by 12.7% to \u20ac1,081.9 million
\n\u2014 Port\u00adfo\u00adlio: Young and promi\u00adsing port\u00adfo\u00adlio of 55 invest\u00adments, in more than 70% of which invest\u00adments have been made in the past three years
\n\u2014 Balance sheet total: \u20ac1,371.3 million
\n\u2014 Liqui\u00addity: Cash and cash equi\u00adva\u00adlents decrease by 27.3% to \u20ac276.7 million<\/p>\n

Equity: Equity (Group share): 1,321.3 million euros (or 52.0 euros per share)<\/p>\n

Divi\u00addend: Stable divi\u00addend for fiscal 2018\u20132019: 2.50 euros gross (1.75 euros net) per share (subject to appr\u00adoval by the Annual Gene\u00adral Meeting on June 26, 2019). As in the previous fiscal year, there will be a pure cash dividend.<\/p>\n
