This was announ\u00adced by the tech\u00adno\u00adlogy company for design-orien\u00adted, multi\u00adfunc\u00adtional compon\u00adents and surfaces.<\/p>\n

Nano\u00adgate SE is thus streng\u00adthening its engi\u00adnee\u00adring exper\u00adtise and expan\u00adding its port\u00adfo\u00adlio through a stra\u00adte\u00adgic coope\u00adra\u00adtion with ERBIWA. The company specia\u00adli\u00adzes in the deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of complex plas\u00adtic compon\u00adents and sophisti\u00adca\u00adted manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adring proces\u00adses. With this stra\u00adte\u00adgic part\u00adner\u00adship, Nano\u00adgate is expan\u00adding its tech\u00adno\u00adlogy port\u00adfo\u00adlio to include addi\u00adtio\u00adnal appli\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons, such as the inte\u00adgra\u00adtion of stain\u00adless steel, carbon fibers or natu\u00adral mate\u00adri\u00adals into plas\u00adtics. As part of the stra\u00adte\u00adgic coope\u00adra\u00adtion, Nano\u00adgate plans to initi\u00adally acquire 50 % of the shares in ERBIWA Group.<\/p>\n

The ERBIWA Group, based in Linden\u00adberg, Germany, was foun\u00added in 2005. Custo\u00admers include well-known addres\u00adses from the mobi\u00adlity segment and other indus\u00adtries. In addi\u00adtion to the engi\u00adnee\u00adring of compon\u00adents, ERBIWA also covers the deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment, design and procu\u00adre\u00adment of important produc\u00adtion equip\u00adment and tools and under\u00adta\u00adkes the produc\u00adtion of proto\u00adty\u00adpes, small series and special series parts. In addi\u00adtion to its head\u00adquar\u00adters, the company also has a site in China, which focu\u00adses prima\u00adrily on the cons\u00adtruc\u00adtion of high-quality produc\u00adtion equip\u00adment. The company gene\u00adra\u00adted sales of more than EUR 15 million in 2018 and gene\u00adra\u00adted an attrac\u00adtive return on investment.<\/p>\n

Nano\u00adgate and ERBIWA began their opera\u00adtio\u00adnal colla\u00adbo\u00adra\u00adtion back in 2017. Against this back\u00addrop, Nano\u00adgate now wants to acquire a 50 % stake in a first step, which will subse\u00adquently be further expan\u00added. The closing is still subject to the successful imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion of various frame\u00adwork condi\u00adti\u00adons. As part of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, the previous owner of ERBIWA would like to acquire shares in Nano\u00adgate in addi\u00adtion to a cash compo\u00adnent. If neces\u00adsary, a capi\u00adtal increase in kind will be carried out for this purpose, which would be in the lower single-digit percen\u00adtage range of the current capi\u00adtal stock.
