The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the purchase price.<\/p>\n<p>AWH is a manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer of cast alumi\u00adnum billet and extru\u00adsi\u00adons, specia\u00adli\u00adzing in medium and hard alloy casting.
