The Fero Group consists of Fero Signa\u00adli\u00adsa\u00adtie and its sister compa\u00adnies Admibo, Sign\u00ada\u00adroute, Signco and Safe\u00adty\u00adbloc. The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is subject to appr\u00adoval by the anti\u00adtrust autho\u00adri\u00adties. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the purchase price.<\/p>\n<p>Fero was foun\u00added in 2001. The family-owned and opera\u00adted company provi\u00addes services in tempo\u00adrary traf\u00adfic manage\u00adment, pave\u00adment marking, traf\u00adfic signs, traf\u00adfic manage\u00adment systems and main\u00adten\u00adance of public plan\u00adters and baskets. Custo\u00admers mainly include cons\u00adtruc\u00adtion, utility and tele\u00adcom\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons compa\u00adnies as well as the Belgian govern\u00adment.
