A team from Luther Rechts\u00adan\u00adwalts\u00adge\u00adsell\u00adschaft<\/strong> provi\u00added compre\u00adhen\u00adsive legal support for the transaction.<\/p>\n

The Boni\u00adtas Group is one of the largest private nursing services in Germany. The 2018 market leader specia\u00adli\u00adzes in the field of criti\u00adcal care and home respi\u00adra\u00adtion. The company employs almost 4,500 people and, in addi\u00adtion to provi\u00adding outpa\u00adti\u00adent care, opera\u00adtes assis\u00adted living commu\u00adni\u00adties for seni\u00adors. Boni\u00adtas Holding now opera\u00adtes 50 nursing services, 44 resi\u00adden\u00adtial groups, 6 assis\u00adted living faci\u00adli\u00adties, 2 day care faci\u00adli\u00adties and 1 nursing home.<\/p>\n

The Boni\u00adtas Group with its more than thirty subsi\u00addia\u00adries belon\u00adged to the Luxem\u00adbourg-based Lavorel Group. The latter entrus\u00adted the Luther team led by part\u00adner Dr. Oliver Kairies with the mandate, which, toge\u00adther with Luther\u2019s Luxem\u00adbourg office, provi\u00added legal advice to the seller during the pre-struc\u00adtu\u00adring of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, the imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion of the struc\u00adtu\u00adred bidding process, the purchase agree\u00adment nego\u00adtia\u00adti\u00adons and the subse\u00adquent anti\u00adtrust proceedings.<\/p>\n
