LANDWEHR has been deve\u00adlo\u00adping and selling highly specia\u00adli\u00adzed HCM soft\u00adware products, espe\u00adci\u00adally for person\u00adnel and buil\u00adding services compa\u00adnies, since 1994 and is conside\u00adred the market leader in the German market with more than 2,000 custo\u00admers. LANDWEHR also offers an indus\u00adtry solu\u00adtion for event service provi\u00adders with inten\u00adsive staff deploy\u00adment. In addi\u00adtion, LAND\u00adWEHR\u2019s port\u00adfo\u00adlio is roun\u00added off by soft\u00adware offe\u00adrings for payroll accoun\u00adting and finan\u00adcial accoun\u00adting. Another LANDWEHR divi\u00adsion is services, trai\u00adning and server hosting.<\/p>\n

As part of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, the manage\u00adment team of Marc Linkert, Hubert Ober\u00admeyer and Thors\u00adten Temme will take over the manage\u00adment of the company from the Land\u00adwehr family and acquire a stake in the company them\u00adsel\u00adves.
