The seller is foun\u00adder and name\u00adsake Anita Br\u00fcche. The Water\u00adland port\u00adfo\u00adlio company Reha\u00adcon is thus conti\u00adnuing its expan\u00adsion course with the support of the inves\u00adtor. The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, the details of which have been agreed not to be disc\u00adlo\u00adsed, is expec\u00adted to be comple\u00adted by the end of&nbsp;May.<\/p>\n<p>The Anita Br\u00fcche Therapy Center, which was advi\u00adsed on the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion by <strong>Dr. Urba\u00adnek Corpo\u00adrate Finance<\/strong>, treats over 10,000 pati\u00adents annu\u00adally with its more than 50 employees. The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion streng\u00adthens Reha\u00adcon\u2019s regio\u00adnal presence in Hamburg and expands its port\u00adfo\u00adlio of services, for exam\u00adple by adding home visits to pati\u00adents. Reha\u00adcon is expec\u00adted to grow in the future by incor\u00adpo\u00adra\u00adting addi\u00adtio\u00adnal therapy centers, ther\u00adeby expan\u00adding its posi\u00adtion in the highly frag\u00admen\u00adted physi\u00adcal therapy market.<\/p>\n<p>Reha\u00adcon, one of the leading compa\u00adnies for physio\u00adthe\u00adrapy services in Germany, opera\u00adtes more than 100 therapy centers nati\u00adon\u00adwide, making it one of the largest provi\u00adders in the Euro\u00adpean market.
