He has been part of the team that origi\u00adnally came toge\u00adther at Close Brothers\/DC Advi\u00adsory for more than 12 years. In total, Raiko Stel\u00adten has been invol\u00adved in more than 40 successfully comple\u00adted M&amp;A tran\u00adsac\u00adtions. He holds a degree in econo\u00admics (Univer\u00adsity of Witten\/Herdecke) and a Master of Busi\u00adness Admi\u00adnis\u00adtra\u00adtion from Macqua\u00adrie Univer\u00adsity Sydney.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRaiko Stel\u00adten has been a key member of our Frank\u00adfurt team for many years,\u201d says Sascha Pfeif\u00adfer, Mana\u00adging Direc\u00adtor at GCA Altium in Frank\u00adfurt. \u201cHe has been instru\u00admen\u00adtal in estab\u00adli\u00adshing and expan\u00adding our outstan\u00adding posi\u00adtion in M&amp;A tran\u00adsac\u00adtions in the soft\u00adware and IT sector. Thors\u00adten Weber has deve\u00adlo\u00adped parti\u00adcu\u00adlar exper\u00adtise in the areas of acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion finan\u00adcing, refi\u00adnan\u00adcing and divi\u00addend recaps. He has also been instru\u00admen\u00adtal in estab\u00adli\u00adshing the savings bank sector in the German mid-cap LBO market as well as estab\u00adli\u00adshing GCA Alti\u00adum\u2019s MidCap\u00adMo\u00adni\u00adtor as a regu\u00adlar analy\u00adsis report on lever\u00ada\u00adged buyout finan\u00adcings. His previous posi\u00adti\u00adons were at Close Brothers\/DC Advi\u00adsory, Helaba Landes\u00adbank Hessen-Th\u00fcrin\u00adgen and BW-Bank.
