The <strong>brot\u00adhers Carl and Jochen Sicko<\/strong> are the sellers of the shares. They will conti\u00adnue to be mana\u00adging direc\u00adtors and also share\u00adhol\u00adders via a reverse share\u00adhol\u00adding. The aim of the part\u00adner\u00adship is to conti\u00adnue to bene\u00adfit from the incre\u00adasing demand for auto\u00adma\u00adtion in the market and, above all, to herald new growth steps at Sicko through addi\u00adtio\u00adnal profes\u00adsio\u00adna\u00adliza\u00adtion. The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, the details of which have been agreed not to be disc\u00adlo\u00adsed, has alre\u00adady been completed.<\/p>\n<p>Sick\u00ado\u2019s focus is on deve\u00adlo\u00adping solu\u00adti\u00adons that help increase produc\u00adtion effi\u00adci\u00adency by inter\u00adlin\u00adking machi\u00adnes.
