Zug (Switz\u00ader\u00adland) \u2014 The funds Ufenau<\/strong> VI German Asset Light (incl. co-invest\u00adment funds) advi\u00adsed by Ufenau Capi\u00adtal Part\u00adners<\/strong> with a volume of EUR<\/strong> 560 million<\/strong> have been successfully closed. Like their prede\u00adces\u00adsors, the funds were heavily oversubscribed.<\/p>\n

In addi\u00adtion to more than 50 well-known entre\u00adpre\u00adneu\u00adrial perso\u00adna\u00adli\u00adties who belong to the network of Ufenau Indus\u00adtrie Part\u00adner, the circle of inves\u00adtors could again be supple\u00admen\u00adted by further insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal \u201cblue chip\u201d inves\u00adtors from the USA, Europe (inclu\u00adding England) and Asia.<\/p>\n

Ufenau VI follows the iden\u00adti\u00adcal invest\u00adment stra\u00adtegy as its successful prede\u00adces\u00adsor funds. The focus is again on majo\u00adrity invest\u00adments in \u201casset light\u201d service compa\u00adnies in Germany, Switz\u00ader\u00adland and Austria with reve\u00adnues of 15 \u2014 150 million euros and profi\u00adta\u00adble busi\u00adness models, active in the 5 sectors: Busi\u00adness Services, Educa\u00adtion & Life\u00adstyle, Healt\u00adcare, IT and Finan\u00adcial Services. A syste\u00adma\u00adtic buy & build stra\u00adtegy supports the orga\u00adnic growth of the companies.<\/p>\n

In total, the new fund is aiming for a further 10 \u2014 12 invest\u00adments in the D\/A\/CH region over the next few years. In paral\u00adlel with the expan\u00adsion of the busi\u00adness acti\u00advity, the team has been greatly enlar\u00adged and now compri\u00adses five part\u00adners and a total of over 20 invest\u00adment professionals.<\/p>\n
