Scout24\u2019s manage\u00adment welco\u00admed the offer, which is around 24.4 percent above the average price of the past three months. As a result, the company could be off the market again after a fairly short history on the stock exch\u00adange. The purchase price, inclu\u00adding debt, is expec\u00adted to be around 5.7 billion euros.<\/p>\n<p>The two finan\u00adcial inves\u00adtors Hell\u00adman &amp; Fried\u00adman and Blackstone compa\u00adnies are now offe\u00adring 46 euros per Scout24 share in cash, as the MDax-listed company announ\u00adced in Munich. On the Trade\u00adgate trading plat\u00adform, the shares shot up by almost eleven percent to 46 euros in the morning compared with the Xetra&nbsp;close.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe believe that this repres\u00adents an attrac\u00adtive offer with a substan\u00adtial premium, high tran\u00adsac\u00adtion secu\u00adrity and stra\u00adte\u00adgic added value for the company,\u201d said Hans-Holger Albrecht, Chair\u00adman of the Super\u00advi\u00adsory Board of Scout24.<br>\nThe purchase price is ther\u00ade\u00adfore around 5.7 billion euros.<\/p>\n<p>The purchase price, inclu\u00adding debt, amounts to around 5.7 billion euros, the state\u00adment added.
