The holding company of the regio\u00adnal savings banks thus holds one third of the shares in SATO GmbH, while the remai\u00adning shares are held equally by Mana\u00adging Direc\u00adtor Holger Kerkow<\/strong> and Frank Heesen<\/strong>. Both had taken over the group of compa\u00adnies after the depar\u00adture of the company\u2019s foun\u00adder Anton Hubert in May 2017.<\/p>\n

The two succes\u00adsors have expan\u00added the work\u00adforce again to around 50 employees and have alre\u00adady imple\u00admen\u00adted various product inno\u00adva\u00adtions. \u201cWith the growth capi\u00adtal from S\u2011UBG, we would like to acce\u00adle\u00adrate the further growth of SATO GmbH,\u201d says Kerkow. \u201cThrough the succes\u00adsors in manage\u00adment and the expan\u00adsion that has taken place so far, SATO is solidly posi\u00adtio\u00adned.
