The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion has alre\u00adady been comple\u00adted; the parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose details.<\/p>\n<p>ASM, the former Adolf Schrei\u00adber Metall\u00adwa\u00adren\u00adfa\u00adbrik, was foun\u00added in 1872 and focu\u00adsed on the produc\u00adtion of high-quality gratings made of steel and stain\u00adless steel more than 50 years ago. Nume\u00adrous natio\u00adnal and inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal custo\u00admers from indus\u00adtry, plant engi\u00adnee\u00adring and cons\u00adtruc\u00adtion rely on the company\u2019s expe\u00adri\u00adence and high quality stan\u00addards.
