Guen\u00adther &amp; Son<\/strong>, LLC (San Antonio\/Texas).<\/p>\n<p>An esti\u00adma\u00adted two million people bite into a WBack soft roll every day \u2014 but hardly anyone knows the manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer. The company is one of those unknown indus\u00adtry giants that operate as a supplier in the back\u00adground. For exam\u00adple, WBack is not only the soft roll supplier for the fast food chain Burger King in Germany, but also supplies other system restau\u00adrants and hot dog provi\u00adders with its burger buns.<\/p>\n<p>Wback was foun\u00added in 2003, and in 2013 Halder took over the majo\u00adrity share\u00adhol\u00adding from foun\u00adder Peter Wendeln as part of a succes\u00adsion solu\u00adtion. The company produ\u00adces soft rolls in B\u00f6nen (North Rhine-West\u00adpha\u00adlia) and Leip\u00adheim (Bava\u00adria) using state-of-the-art, highly auto\u00adma\u00adted equip\u00adment for renow\u00adned major custo\u00admers from the system cate\u00adring, food retail and food service sectors.<\/p>\n<p>Through a strong expan\u00adsion of produc\u00adtion capa\u00adcity, invest\u00adments in pack\u00ada\u00adging machi\u00adnes and an inter\u00adme\u00addiate warehouse, Wback has reali\u00adzed high growth with exis\u00adting and new custo\u00admers, and sales have doubled since Halder joined the company. With the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of Wback, C.H. Guen\u00adther further expands its product range and opens up addi\u00adtio\u00adnal Euro\u00adpean markets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Halder<\/strong><br>\nHalder has been active as an equity inves\u00adtor in Germany since 1991 and has provi\u00added equity capi\u00adtal for succes\u00adsion and growth to 38 medium-sized compa\u00adnies. Toge\u00adther with the exits at Klin\u00adgel medi\u00adcal metal, Aqua Vital, KEYMILE and BMB Manif\u00adat\u00adtura Borse, the sale of Wback is the fifth invest\u00adment sale from the port\u00adfo\u00adlio of the Halder Germany II fund in the past six months. Over\u00adall, Halder has on average signi\u00adfi\u00adcantly more than doubled the value of the invest\u00adments when they were sold.
