With this acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion, PIA is conti\u00adnuing its stra\u00adtegy of brin\u00adging toge\u00adther market-leading compa\u00adnies from the core areas of digi\u00adtal marke\u00adting in their respec\u00adtive sub-disci\u00adpli\u00adnes in order to offer inte\u00adgra\u00adted custo\u00admer solu\u00adti\u00adons from a single source. The seller is EQT and the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is expec\u00adted to close by the end of Febru\u00adary 2019. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose details of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion. \u2014 The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion is still subject to appr\u00adoval by the rele\u00advant anti\u00adtrust autho\u00adri\u00adties. Equis\u00adtone first inves\u00adted in PIA Group in 2014 and has since supported the manage\u00adment seve\u00adral times in the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of further digi\u00adtal agencies.<\/p>\n<p>UDG was foun\u00added in 2011 and has subse\u00adquently deve\u00adlo\u00adped into one of the leading digi\u00adtal agen\u00adcies in the field of user expe\u00adri\u00adence (UX), today combi\u00adning exper\u00adtise in concept &amp; design, digi\u00adtal archi\u00adtec\u00adture and imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion of projects in this area. The company with a  <strong>Annual sales of approx. EUR 40 million<\/strong>  employs around 400 employees.
