With the third gene\u00adra\u00adtion of the invest\u00adment stra\u00adtegy deve\u00adlo\u00adped in 2012 and proven in two prede\u00adces\u00adsor funds, Golding under\u00adlines its posi\u00adtion as one of the leading inde\u00adpen\u00addent provi\u00adders of infra\u00adstruc\u00adture invest\u00adments in Europe.<\/p>\n<p>The Golding Infra\u00adstruc\u00adture 2018 invest\u00adment program follows a conser\u00adva\u00adtive invest\u00adment stra\u00adtegy and offers early ongo\u00ading distri\u00adbu\u00adti\u00adons with an attrac\u00adtive total port\u00adfo\u00adlio yield of 7% to 8% p.a. Net IRR. The fund plans to build up a broadly diver\u00adsi\u00adfied port\u00adfo\u00adlio of around 200 infra\u00adstruc\u00adture projects in the Euro\u00adpean and North Ameri\u00adcan markets. At the same time, important sectors such as energy, trans\u00adpor\u00adta\u00adtion, utili\u00adties and social infra\u00adstruc\u00adture are to be covered by the port\u00adfo\u00adlio. Invest\u00adments are plan\u00adned in around 15 infra\u00adstruc\u00adture funds (prima\u00adries and secon\u00adda\u00adries) with a focus on conser\u00adva\u00adtive core \/ core plus invest\u00adments and brown\u00adfield projects as well as selec\u00adtive co-invest\u00adments. Co-invest\u00adments in parti\u00adcu\u00adlar offer insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal inves\u00adtors the oppor\u00adtu\u00adnity to achieve a targe\u00adted geogra\u00adphic or secto\u00adral focus and thus support a rapid port\u00adfo\u00adlio build-up.<\/p>\n<p>Golding was able to attract a total of 20 insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal inves\u00adtors for the current invest\u00adment program at the first closing. Inves\u00adtors include insu\u00adrance compa\u00adnies, pension funds, banks and savings banks. Almost 80 percent of the volume was subscri\u00adbed by exis\u00adting inves\u00adtors in the two infra\u00adstruc\u00adture prede\u00adces\u00adsor funds. \u201cWe are plea\u00adsed with the strong recep\u00adtion and contin\u00adued confi\u00addence of our inves\u00adtors. This is why infra\u00adstruc\u00adture funds must also incre\u00adasingly engage in complex tran\u00adsac\u00adtions and correctly assess project risks in order to achieve the returns and distri\u00adbu\u00adtion levels expec\u00adted by inves\u00adtors.
