Capi\u00adtal<\/strong>, a leading global private equity firm with over EUR 26 billion in equity under manage\u00adment, appoints Markus Noe-Nord\u00adberg (photo) <\/strong>as Mana\u00adging Direc\u00adtor and head of its new Euro\u00adpean mid-cap busi\u00adness, which will comple\u00adment H.I.G.\u2018s exis\u00adting Euro\u00adpean small-cap activities.<\/p>\n

The small-cap team focu\u00adsing on medium-sized compa\u00adnies with an enter\u00adprise value of up to EUR 250 million will conti\u00adnue to invest from the current EUR 825 million fund as before.<\/p>\n

Markus Noe-Nord\u00adberg will lead the private equity acti\u00advi\u00adties in the mid-cap segment from London and work closely with the estab\u00adlished local invest\u00adment teams. He has over 30 years of expe\u00adri\u00adence in corpo\u00adrate finance and leverage buyout. Prior to joining H.I.G. Capi\u00adtal, he was a part\u00adner and one of the foun\u00adders of Pamplona Capi\u00adtal. Previously, he was a Mana\u00adging Direc\u00adtor and Co-Head in the Finan\u00adcial Spon\u00adsors Group at Gold\u00adman Sachs in London.<\/p>\n
