A corre\u00adspon\u00adding purchase agree\u00adment was signed with the previous share\u00adhol\u00adders. Rame\u00adder has been active since 1996 and, with 200 employees, is one of the leading B2B and B2C dealers in the areas of trai\u00adler hitches, bicy\u00adcle racks and roof boxes in Europe. The two mana\u00adging direc\u00adtors Dirk Sch\u00f6\u00adler and Stefan Bertels\u00adho\u00adfer remain share\u00adhol\u00adders in the Rame\u00adder Group as part of a reverse shareholding.<\/p>\n

FSN is one of the leading private equity inves\u00adtors in Scan\u00addi\u00adna\u00advia with a focus on medium-sized compa\u00adnies.
