As of Janu\u00adary 1, 2019, three employees were promo\u00adted to invest\u00adment mana\u00adgers in Munich and Zurich. Phil\u00adipp Gau\u00df joins the Munich office as an asso\u00adciate. Further promo\u00adti\u00adons were also made at the turn of the year within the invest\u00adment teams in London and Paris, and <strong>Andi Tomkin\u00adson<\/strong> was appoin\u00adted Part\u00adner in Manchester.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are plea\u00adsed to be able to streng\u00adthen our invest\u00adment teams in Munich and Zurich in this way,\u201d says  <strong>Dirk Sche\u00adkerka (photo), Senior Part\u00adner and Coun\u00adtry Head DACH at Equis\u00adtone.<\/strong> \u201cOn the one hand, the deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment reflects our strong perfor\u00admance as a team. On the other hand, it proves our commit\u00adment that outstan\u00adding perfor\u00admance at Equis\u00adtone is also rewarded with corre\u00adspon\u00adding career steps.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The new invest\u00adment mana\u00adgers in Munich are Tanja Berg and Moritz Treude. Tanja Berg joined Equis\u00adtone in 2016 and has deep know\u00adledge in corpo\u00adrate finance, M&amp;A and control\u00adling, both on the advi\u00adsory and corpo\u00adrate side. At Equis\u00adtone, she mana\u00adges the port\u00adfo\u00adlio compa\u00adnies Bien-Zenker and Hanse Haus, GALA Kerzen and Vivo\u00adnio Furni\u00adture Group. Moritz Treude, who has been with the private equity inves\u00adtor since Octo\u00adber 2017, previously worked as a manage\u00adment consul\u00adtant and also in a manage\u00adment capa\u00adcity, prima\u00adrily in the indus\u00adtrial goods and retail sectors. He accom\u00adpa\u00adnies the invest\u00adment at BOAL Group. New to the Equis\u00adtone team in Munich is Phil\u00adipp Gauss. Prior to joining, he was a project mana\u00adger for Stern Stewart, a stra\u00adtegy consul\u00adting firm. There he advi\u00adsed clients from the indus\u00adtrial goods, energy and media sectors on tran\u00adsac\u00adtions and restruc\u00adtu\u00adrings. Phil\u00adipp Gauss holds a Master\u2019s degree in Manage\u00adment from the Univer\u00adsity of Mann\u00adheim and a Bache\u00adlor\u2019s degree in Busi\u00adness Admi\u00adnis\u00adtra\u00adtion from the EBS Univer\u00adsity of Econo\u00admics and Law in Oestrich-Winkel.<\/p>\n<p>In Zurich, Roman E. Hegglin has been appoin\u00adted Invest\u00adment Mana\u00adger. There, he is respon\u00adsi\u00adble for project manage\u00adment and the execu\u00adtion of private equity tran\u00adsac\u00adtions. He will be respon\u00adsi\u00adble for invest\u00adments and manage\u00adment of port\u00adfo\u00adlio compa\u00adnies in the North of England.
