As his succes\u00adsor, Ralph Bauer will take over the sole manage\u00adment of the logi\u00adstics company from foun\u00adder Rolf Schif\u00adfer as of 01.01.2019. In the future share\u00adhol\u00adder struc\u00adture, S\u2011UBG will hold 25 percent of the company\u2019s shares.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Busi\u00adness areas with strong sales<\/strong><br>\nRolf Schif\u00adfer foun\u00added Schif\u00adfer Service GmbH in 1995, from which today\u2019s core busi\u00adness emer\u00adged. This is divi\u00added into the three areas of logi\u00adstics, pack\u00ada\u00adging and fulfill\u00adment (order proces\u00adsing in e\u2011commerce). Fulfill\u00adment employees take care of accep\u00adting orders, picking, pack\u00ading goods and products, as well as ship\u00adping to the end custo\u00admer and subse\u00adquent returns manage\u00adment.
