The <strong>Euro\u00adpean Invest\u00adment Fund (EIF)<\/strong> has provi\u00added addi\u00adtio\u00adnal capi\u00adtal for the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, the purchase price of which has not been disc\u00adlo\u00adsed. It was imple\u00admen\u00adted by the invest\u00adment team at Silver\u00adfleet Capi\u00adtal, which specia\u00adli\u00adzes in smal\u00adler mid-market companies.<\/p>\n<p>Foun\u00added in 1995, STAXS is head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in Heeren\u00adveen, the Nether\u00adlands, and also has two loca\u00adti\u00adons in Belgium, Niel and Aart\u00ads\u00adel\u00adaar; the company employs a total of around 80 people. As a value-added distri\u00adbu\u00adtor, STAXS sells high-quality disin\u00adfec\u00adtants and clea\u00adning agents, corre\u00adspon\u00adding wipes and tools, as well as gloves and disposable clot\u00adhing used for hygiene in clean\u00adrooms in the life scien\u00adces and other sectors.
