The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the purchase price or the details of the contract.<\/p>\n<p>BFL Leasing GmbH, head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in Esch\u00adborn near Frank\u00adfurt, Germany, is a specia\u00adli\u00adzed finan\u00adcing provi\u00adder offe\u00adring leasing services and products for tech\u00adno\u00adlogy and equip\u00adment since 1973. The company comple\u00adments the BAWAG Group\u2019s busi\u00adness model with its sales model and at the same time offers the oppor\u00adtu\u00adnity to grow in the leasing busi\u00adness in Germany.<\/p>\n<p>BFL Leasing GmbH curr\u00adently employs around 75 people, and its total assets amoun\u00adted to around EUR 600 million at the end of 2017.
