The inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Allen & Overy team advi\u00adsed on the complex finan\u00adcing struc\u00adture of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, consis\u00adting of a unitran\u00adche finan\u00adcing in the form of bonds, provi\u00added by Part\u00adners Group.<\/p>\n

ALLTUB is the world leader in flexi\u00adble alumi\u00adnum tubes for pack\u00ada\u00adging products in the phar\u00admaceu\u00adti\u00adcal, cosme\u00adtics and food sectors, as well as for indus\u00adtry. The company has six produc\u00adtion sites in France, Germany, Italy, the Czech Repu\u00adblic and Mexico, employs 1,400 people world\u00adwide and gene\u00adra\u00adtes annual sales of more than 150 million euros.<\/p>\n

OEP is a private equity inves\u00adtor with offices in New York, Chicago and Frank\u00adfurt and over $7 billion in assets under manage\u00adment, inves\u00adt\u00ading prima\u00adrily in successful middle-market compa\u00adnies in North America and Europe active in the indus\u00adtrial, health\u00adcare and tech\u00adno\u00adlogy sectors.<\/p>\n
