Beyond the Nether\u00adlands, the company is repre\u00adsen\u00adted in Germany, the UK, France, Belgium, Poland and the USA and is pursuing ambi\u00adtious growth plans. Infra\u00addata is bene\u00adfiting from two mega\u00adtrends, the rising volume of data and the increase in cyber secu\u00adrity thre\u00adats. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the finan\u00adcial details of the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, Infra\u00adda\u00adta\u2019s foun\u00adder and CEO, Leon de Keij\u00adzer will tran\u00adsi\u00adtion to the Board of Direc\u00adtors.
