FLS is a company that offers soft\u00adware for real-time sche\u00addu\u00adling of appoint\u00adments and tours in service and logi\u00adstics and is a leader in this market niche with its cloud-based SaaS solution.<\/p>\n

In the course of a manage\u00adment buyout, DBAG Expan\u00adsion Capi\u00adtal Fund will acquire a majo\u00adrity stake in FLS. The company\u2019s foun\u00adder as well as the previous manage\u00adment and employees conti\u00adnue to hold a signi\u00adfi\u00adcant stake in the company through an inno\u00adva\u00adtive reverse share\u00adhol\u00adding struc\u00adture. The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion has alre\u00adady been comple\u00adted. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the purchase price.<\/p>\n
