With a team led by Dr. P\u00e4r Johans\u00adson, Part\u00adner at the Colo\u00adgne office, Heuking K\u00fchn L\u00fcer Wojtek provi\u00added legal advice to Triton in connec\u00adtion with the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion. The aim of the part\u00adner\u00adship is to expand NORRES\u2019 expan\u00adsion strategy.<\/p>\n<p>NORRES is a manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer of indus\u00adtrial hoses with head\u00adquar\u00adters in Gelsen\u00adkir\u00adchen and produc\u00adtion sites in Germany, China and the USA. The indus\u00adtrial hoses are used for pneu\u00adma\u00adtic convey\u00ading of various types of media such as solids, gases as well as liquids in diffe\u00adrent indus\u00adtries.
