For the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, the FNZ Group was paid approx.  <strong>EUR 1.9 billion<\/strong>  rated The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion, one of the worl\u00add\u2019s largest FinTech tran\u00adsac\u00adtions in 2018, is still subject to regu\u00adla\u00adtory appr\u00adoval. GIM was advi\u00adsed on this tran\u00adsac\u00adtion by the inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal law firm Weil, Gotshal &amp; Manges LLP.<\/p>\n<p>FNZ is a global FinTech company head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in London and provi\u00addes estab\u00adlished finan\u00adcial insti\u00adtu\u00adti\u00adons with modern and highly scaled plat\u00adform solu\u00adti\u00adons for the entire value chain in the invest\u00adment busi\u00adness (Plat\u00adform as a Service).
