In the coming year, Solvemate plans to drive its growth and triple its reve\u00adnue. Speci\u00adfi\u00adcally, the money from the finan\u00adcing round is to be used for further tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgi\u00adcal deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment and to expand marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Solvemate also plans to incre\u00adasingly acquire custo\u00admers from the Euro\u00adpean region, focu\u00adsing prima\u00adrily on the DACH region. Solvemate is also inves\u00adt\u00ading the new capi\u00adtal in the algo\u00adrithm and new marke\u00adting acti\u00advi\u00adties. The company, foun\u00added in Berlin in 2015, had alre\u00adady recei\u00adved funding from Venture Stars in the past. The rene\u00adwed finan\u00adcial support thus demons\u00adtra\u00adtes Venture Stars\u2019 satis\u00adfac\u00adtion with Solvema\u00adte\u2019s deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment. Picea Capi\u00adtal from Hamburg, on the other hand, is a new inves\u00adtor. \u2014 Venture capi\u00adta\u00adlists Picea Capi\u00adtal and Venture Stars are inves\u00adt\u00ading the sum to acce\u00adle\u00adrate the growth of the startup, which was foun\u00added in 2015. The start-up, foun\u00added by <strong>Erik Pfan\u00adnem\u00ad\u00f6l\u00adler (photo)<\/strong>, curr\u00adently has 30 employees. The money is to be used for the further deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of the tech\u00adno\u00adlogy \u2014 but above all for marke\u00adting, in order to make Solvemate better known in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Solvemate GmbH<\/strong><br>\nSolvemate (www.solvemate.com) is a tech\u00adno\u00adlogy company that auto\u00adma\u00adtes corpo\u00adrate custo\u00admer service with its virtual assistant. Using a combi\u00adna\u00adtion of arti\u00adfi\u00adcial intel\u00adli\u00adgence and machine lear\u00adning, Solvema\u00adte\u2019s soft\u00adware can correctly answer custo\u00admer queries in an average of 12 seconds and 83 percent of the time. Custo\u00admers thus receive a targe\u00adted response quickly, while compa\u00adnies bene\u00adfit from a signi\u00adfi\u00adcant reduc\u00adtion in costs. Users alre\u00adady include Berli\u00adner Spar\u00adkasse and the startup SumUp, among others. Solvemate was foun\u00added in 2015 by Erik Pfannm\u00f6l\u00adler.
