The purchase price was appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately <strong>EUR 124 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Siltec\u00adtra GmbH is an inno\u00adva\u00adtive company foun\u00added in 2010 in the field of deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of wafe\u00adring tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgies and rela\u00adted process equip\u00adment for the cleavage of semi\u00adcon\u00adduc\u00adtor mate\u00adri\u00adals. With a patent port\u00adfo\u00adlio of more than 50 patent fami\u00adlies, Siltec\u00adtra has deve\u00adlo\u00adped a process that allows crystal\u00adline mate\u00adri\u00adals to be sepa\u00adra\u00adted with mini\u00admal mate\u00adrial loss compared to stan\u00addard sawing tech\u00adno\u00adlogy (\u201ccold split tech\u00adno\u00adlogy\u201d).
