The venture capi\u00adtal fund <strong>PropTech1 Ventures<\/strong>, the holding company of the Berli\u00adner <strong>Inves\u00adti\u00adti\u00adons\u00adbank (IBB)<\/strong> and the <strong>German Media Pool<\/strong> with its print media part\u00adners have participated.<\/p>\n<p>Senio\u00advo\u00adeine offers a one-stop solu\u00adtion for acces\u00adsi\u00adble remo\u00adde\u00adling and has digi\u00adti\u00adzed the entire process needed to make a resi\u00adden\u00adtial property acces\u00adsi\u00adble, from provi\u00adding infor\u00adma\u00adtion to occu\u00adpants to apply\u00ading for health insu\u00adrance subsi\u00addies to hiring trade\u00adspeo\u00adple. In doing so, Seniovo not only places these profes\u00adsio\u00adnals, but also acts as a gene\u00adral contrac\u00adtor to respon\u00adsi\u00adbly over\u00adsee the conver\u00adsion of the property.
