In 2017, Finexx had alre\u00adady acqui\u00adred mino\u00adrity shares in the welding specia\u00adlist <strong>WIDOS<\/strong>as a co-part\u00adner of the Hanno\u00adver Finanz Group, and now the first majo\u00adrity share\u00adhol\u00adding has been reali\u00adzed with <strong>GSE Vertrieb Biolo\u00adgi\u00adsche Nahrungs\u00ader\u00adg\u00e4n\u00adzung &amp; Heil\u00admit\u00adtel<\/strong> GmbH from Saar\u00adbr\u00fc\u00adcken. The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, which has alre\u00adady been comple\u00adted, took place as part of a succes\u00adsion plan: The seller of the shares is foun\u00adder and mana\u00adging direc\u00adtor Michael Gracher; the two other mana\u00adging direc\u00adtors remain on board and conti\u00adnue to be among the share\u00adhol\u00adders. GSE has been on the market since 1994 and deve\u00adlops and distri\u00adbu\u00adtes food supple\u00adments on an orga\u00adnic certi\u00adfied basis through natu\u00adral food retailers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The volume of Finexx Fund I is 35 million euros<\/strong>, most of which comes from insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal inves\u00adtors such as insu\u00adrance compa\u00adnies and pension funds. Invest\u00adments are made across all sectors in small and medium-sized enter\u00adpri\u00adses (SMEs) with sales of 10 million euros or more. Further prere\u00adqui\u00adsi\u00adtes are sustainable earning power and cash flow based on a successful busi\u00adness model as well as a quali\u00adfied manage\u00adment team.
