The port\u00adfo\u00adlio to be acqui\u00adred includes bran\u00added prescrip\u00adtion products for the topi\u00adcal treat\u00adment of acne, fungal skin infec\u00adtions and rosacea, as well as a range of topi\u00adcal stero\u00adids with annual sales of over EUR 280 million (2017).<\/p>\n<p>LEO Pharma will acquire the world\u00adwide product rights except for Afgha\u00adni\u00adstan and Paki\u00adstan and will take over the sales and marke\u00adting orga\u00adniza\u00adtion in 14 count\u00adries as well as a produc\u00adtion faci\u00adlity in Segrate, Italy. In total, around 450 employees will trans\u00adfer to LEO Pharma as part of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion.
