The sellers are the <strong>Max B\u00f6gl Foun\u00adda\u00adtion<\/strong> and the private owner <strong>Egbert Reitz<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of the A\u00dflar wind farm, we are successfully conti\u00adnuing our growth stra\u00adtegy. Toge\u00adther with our part\u00adners, we want to conti\u00adnue to grow beyond our core markets of Germany and France in the long term,\u201d says <strong>Detlef Schrei\u00adber, CEO of the CEE Group<\/strong>. The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion increa\u00adses the CEE Group\u2019s rene\u00adwa\u00adble energy port\u00adfo\u00adlio to appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately 668&nbsp;MW.<\/p>\n<p>The CEE Group, head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in Hamburg, is an invest\u00adment company specia\u00adli\u00adzing in tangi\u00adble asset invest\u00adments with appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately 1.4 billion euros in assets under manage\u00adment. Among other things, equity invest\u00adments are made in energy gene\u00adra\u00adtion projects prima\u00adrily in the wind and photo\u00advol\u00adtaic sectors as well as in corre\u00adspon\u00adding tech\u00adno\u00adlogy compa\u00adnies.
