A stock market value of 3 billion euros is conside\u00adred realistic.<\/p>\n<p>Exyte, with 4,800 employees and expec\u00adted sales of more than 3.5 billion euros, aims to expand and grow its posi\u00adtion as the world leader in chip fab cons\u00adtruc\u00adtion. Howe\u00adver, the IPO proceeds will not go to Exyte, but exclu\u00adsi\u00advely to the <strong>owner Georg Stumpf (photo<\/strong> ). The Austrian billionaire had joined the M+W Group in 2009 and will conti\u00adnue to hold a majo\u00adrity stake in Exyte after the&nbsp;IPO.<\/p>\n<p>The IPO is expec\u00adted to be accom\u00adpa\u00adnied by <strong>Bank of America,<\/strong> <strong>Merrill Lynch <\/strong>and the <strong>Swiss UBS<\/strong>. The two invest\u00adment banks will be supported by <strong>Commerz\u00adbank<\/strong> and the French <strong>Cr\u00e9dit Agri\u00adcole<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Exyte<\/strong><br>\nExyte deve\u00adlops equip\u00adment for high-tech facto\u00adries and the semi\u00adcon\u00adduc\u00adtor indus\u00adtry and had sales of 2.4 billion euros in the last fiscal year.
