Munich\/ London \u2014 CANCOM<\/strong> SE has acqui\u00adred The Orga\u00adnised Group<\/strong> Ltd, parent company of UK IT solu\u00adti\u00adons provi\u00adder OCSL<\/strong>. The total volume of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately \u20ac32 million<\/strong>, of which appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately \u20ac29 million will be paid in cash. The remai\u00adning part will be sett\u00adled by issuing 12.5 percent of the shares of the acqui\u00adring British subsi\u00addiary of CANCOM SE to OCSL execu\u00adti\u00adves who conti\u00adnue to work for the company. Heuking K\u00fchn L\u00fcer Wojtek<\/strong> provi\u00added legal support for the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion toge\u00adther with the British law firm Stevens & Bolton<\/strong> LLP.<\/p>\n

OCSL is a UK provi\u00adder of cloud and on-premise IT solu\u00adti\u00adons. With more than 200 employees, the group of compa\u00adnies gene\u00adra\u00adted sales of over 78 million euros in the last fiscal year.<\/p>\n

In the future, OCSL will act as a base for the CANCOM Group\u2019s acti\u00advi\u00adties in the United King\u00addom. Syner\u00adgies can be lever\u00ada\u00adged through the combi\u00adned use of OCSL\u2019s and CANCOM\u2019s product port\u00adfo\u00adlios, capa\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adties and part\u00adner rela\u00adti\u00adonships. The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion makes CANCOM Group a major player in the coun\u00adtry\u2019s IT market.<\/p>\n
