Initi\u00adally foun\u00added in 2010 as a service provi\u00adder for energy manage\u00adment and light\u00ading tech\u00adno\u00adlogy, KMLS curr\u00adently has more than 200 employees who gene\u00adrate annual sales of appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately 20 million euros. Its range of services includes tech\u00adni\u00adcal buil\u00adding equip\u00adment and light\u00ading design, as well as the execu\u00adtion and main\u00adten\u00adance of all buil\u00adding services trades in new cons\u00adtruc\u00adtion and reno\u00adva\u00adtion. The custo\u00admer base includes chain stores with 3,500 bran\u00adches as well as hospi\u00adtals and logi\u00adstics centers. Within a period of three years, Syng\u00adroh may exer\u00adcise the option to acquire a majo\u00adrity interest.<\/p>\n<p>The buyer intends to add further services to KMLS\u2019s port\u00adfo\u00adlio and has its sights set on the rene\u00adwa\u00adble energy and smart buil\u00addings trends, among others.<\/p>\n<p>Syng\u00adroh is owned by the Grohe family and mana\u00adged by <strong>Richard Grohe (photo)<\/strong>. In 2017, Syng\u00adroh Capi\u00adtal was foun\u00added, an invest\u00adment company of the Grohe family, known for the produc\u00adtion of fittings (Hans\u00adg\u00adrohe company). The invest\u00adment in KMLS is to be follo\u00adwed by further invest\u00adments in medium-sized produ\u00adcers and service provi\u00adders in German-spea\u00adking count\u00adries.
