The main inves\u00adtor is <strong>Tosca\u00adfund Asset Manage\u00adment<\/strong> LLP, a London-based multi-asset alter\u00adna\u00adtive invest\u00adment company that mana\u00adges more than $4 billion. Exis\u00adting inves\u00adtors, inclu\u00adding <strong>Project A, HQ Trust <\/strong>and<strong> Dieter von Holtz\u00adbrinck Ventures<\/strong>, also parti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adted in the finan\u00adcing&nbsp;round.<\/p>\n<p>With its invest\u00adment through Tosca Private Invest\u00adments Fund (\u201cTPIF\u201d), Tosca\u00adfund beco\u00admes a signi\u00adfi\u00adcant share\u00adhol\u00adder in the fast growing FinTech. <strong>TPIF sees itself as a private equity inves\u00adtor with a focus on small and medium-sized compa\u00adnies in the Euro\u00adpean finan\u00adcial services sector<\/strong>. The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is subject to appr\u00adoval by&nbsp;BaFin.<\/p>\n<p>LIQID was foun\u00added in 2016 and posi\u00adti\u00adons itself as a digi\u00adtal alter\u00adna\u00adtive to the tradi\u00adtio\u00adnal private bank. In close part\u00adner\u00adship with HQ Trust, the multi-family office of the Harald Quandt family, the company offers clients access to alter\u00adna\u00adtive asset clas\u00adses such as private equity in addi\u00adtion to asset manage\u00adment, start\u00ading with a mini\u00admum invest\u00adment of EUR 100,000. Just under two years after its launch, LIQID mana\u00adges almost 300 million euros for its customers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chris\u00adtian Schnei\u00adder-Sickert, CEO<\/strong>  and co-foun\u00adder of LIQID, sees the reason for the rapid growth in a clear custo\u00admer focus and the active support of his inves\u00adtors: \u201cOur inves\u00adtors have been decisive in support\u00ading the deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of LIQID and helping us to gain the trust of inves\u00adtors.
