Hamburg \u2014 With the support of Heuking K\u00fchn L\u00fcer Wojtek<\/b> \u2018s M&A team, Hamburg-based ATH Alto\u00adnaer-Tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgie-Holding<\/strong> GmbH \u2014 owner of KROENERT GmbH & Co KG \u2014 acqui\u00adred all shares in Coatema Coating Machi\u00adnery<\/strong> GmbH, based in Dorma\u00adgen. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the purchase price.<\/p>\n

KROENERT and Coatema are machine and plant manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adr\u00aders in the coating and conver\u00adting indus\u00adtry and global leaders in their respec\u00adtive market segments. The merger of the compa\u00adnies under ATH crea\u00adtes an alli\u00adance with a broad product port\u00adfo\u00adlio for coating appli\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons and high inno\u00adva\u00adtive strength.<\/p>\n

Both compa\u00adnies and brands will remain inde\u00adpen\u00addent and conti\u00adnue to operate from their respec\u00adtive loca\u00adti\u00adons. Thus, the previous mana\u00adging part\u00adners Dr. Andreas Giess\u00admann and Detlef Dieke will also conti\u00adnue to act as mana\u00adging direc\u00adtors of Coatema.<\/p>\n

Under the umbrella of ATH Alto\u00adnaer-Tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgie-Holding GmbH, the compa\u00adnies KROENERT, DRYTEC and ZAE provide inno\u00adva\u00adtive tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgies, effi\u00adci\u00adent machi\u00adnes and drive systems for custo\u00admers world\u00adwide. ATH is head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in Hamburg and employs a total of around 390 people.<\/p>\n
