The strea\u00adming access\u00adories divi\u00adsion <strong>Elgato Gaming<\/strong> will be sold to the US gaming access\u00adories specia\u00adlist Corsair and will be contin\u00adued there as an inde\u00adpen\u00addent&nbsp;brand.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWithin an extre\u00admely dyna\u00admic segment, Elgato Gaming has achie\u00adved a momen\u00adtum that only a larger part\u00adner can amplify,\u201d said Markus Fest, Elgato foun\u00adder and, as of now, CEO of Eve Systems. \u201cThe success of our gaming products has excee\u00added all expec\u00adta\u00adti\u00adons, and it is now inex\u00adtri\u00adca\u00adbly linked to the Elgato brand. While saying good\u00adbye to the brand after 20 years is anything but easy for us, Corsair is a fanta\u00adstic company and a worthy new home for Elgato. At the same time, the Eve product line will also bene\u00adfit from a focu\u00adsed team within a dedi\u00adca\u00adted organization.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Eve Systems is repre\u00adsen\u00adted in the connec\u00adted home market with a diver\u00adsi\u00adfied product port\u00adfo\u00adlio. The product family deve\u00adlo\u00adped by Elgato in recent years is based on Apple\u2019s Home\u00adkit tech\u00adno\u00adlogy. The compon\u00adents of the Eve family control and auto\u00admate home appli\u00adances, regu\u00adlate tempe\u00adra\u00adture and irri\u00adga\u00adtion or moni\u00adtor indoor and outdoor air. Each Eve product adds indi\u00advi\u00addual features to the smart home that can be acces\u00adsed with iPhone, iPad, Home\u00adPod and Apple Watch. Eve devices talk to the iPhone via Apple\u2019s secure end-to-end encryp\u00adtion, perso\u00adnal data is thus only visi\u00adble to the user. The products work wire\u00adlessly thanks to Blue\u00adtooth tech\u00adno\u00adlogy, are quick to set up and do not require bridges.
