The appr\u00adoval is expec\u00adted by the end of June. <strong>Pascal Vanhalst is head of the Belgian TVH Group<\/strong>, a global manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer of spare parts and access\u00adories for fork\u00adlift trucks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shear\u00adman &amp; Ster\u00adling<\/strong> advi\u00adsed the share\u00adhol\u00adders of SUSPA GmbH on the sale of the company to its new owner Pascal Vanhalst.<\/p>\n<p>SUSPA GmbH, based in Altdorf near Nurem\u00adberg, is one of the largest suppli\u00aders of gas springs, hydrau\u00adlic dampers, fric\u00adtion dampers and energy absor\u00adbers, height adjus\u00adt\u00adment systems and crash manage\u00adment systems. The products are used world\u00adwide in the auto\u00admo\u00adtive indus\u00adtry, in mecha\u00adni\u00adcal engi\u00adnee\u00adring, in the furni\u00adture indus\u00adtry, in house\u00adhold appli\u00adances, in medi\u00adcal tech\u00adno\u00adlogy and in the consu\u00admer goods indus\u00adtry.
