The closing of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is still subject to appr\u00adoval by the anti\u00adtrust authorities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para\u00addor is a leading premium brand for hard floor cove\u00adrings<\/strong>, with loca\u00adti\u00adons in Coes\u00adfeld (West\u00adpha\u00adlia) and G\u00fcssing, Austria. The company deve\u00adlops, manu\u00adfac\u00adtures and distri\u00adbu\u00adtes lami\u00adnate, parquet, LVT\/PU floo\u00adring and panels\/strips\/accessories world\u00adwide. Follo\u00adwing the successful carve-out from the H\u00fcls Group in 2016, Para\u00addor, under the leader\u00adship of NORD Holding, has, among other things, expan\u00added its contract busi\u00adness over\u00adseas \u2014 by setting up a joint venture in China \u2014 estab\u00adlished a digi\u00adtal point-of-sale in the dealer network and increased and flexi\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adzed the depth of added value in LVT\/PU produc\u00adtion by instal\u00adling a lami\u00adna\u00adting line.
