Munich\/ Berlin \u2014 Venture capi\u00adta\u00adlist Early\u00adbird Venture Capi\u00adtal<\/strong> has reached a record hard cap of EUR 175 million<\/strong> with the final closing of Early\u00adbird Digi\u00adtal West Early Stage Fund VI. P+P<\/strong> advi\u00adsed Early\u00adbir\u00add\u2019s manage\u00adment on the transaction.<\/p>\n

Early\u00adbird is one of the largest German venture capi\u00adta\u00adlists and specia\u00adli\u00adzes in tech\u00adno\u00adlogy compa\u00adnies in Europe. Early\u00adbird has so far laun\u00adched five early stage funds with a focus on Western Europe, one fund for medi\u00adcal tech\u00adno\u00adlogy and one for fund invest\u00adments in Eastern Europe.<\/p>\n

The new sixth fund is desi\u00adgned to invest prima\u00adrily in disrup\u00adtive digi\u00adtal busi\u00adness models and has alre\u00adady made 13 invest\u00adments in Euro\u00adpean digi\u00adtal compa\u00adnies. In total, the fund is expec\u00adted to make 20 to 25 invest\u00adments in young high-growth compa\u00adnies (\u201cstart-ups\u201d).<\/p>\n
