GmbH (Thom\u00adsen &amp; Co.)<\/strong> \u2014 to a group of inves\u00adtors under the majo\u00adrity leader\u00adship of the Swiss energy utility Ener\u00adgie 360 Grad AG (Ener\u00adgie&nbsp;360\u00b0).<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Kloska Group<\/strong>, service part\u00adner and system supplier for ship\u00adping, shipy\u00adards, onshore\/offshore, indus\u00adtry, cons\u00adtruc\u00adtion and trade, was foun\u00added in 1981. The group of compa\u00adnies is head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in Bremen and includes nume\u00adrous compa\u00adnies that have comple\u00admen\u00adted the service profile of the Kloska Group over the past years. The compa\u00adnies\u2019 busi\u00adness areas range from tech\u00adni\u00adcal equip\u00adment supplier to engine spare parts service, combi\u00adned with their own repair work\u00adshops, mate\u00adri\u00adals hand\u00adling and hydrau\u00adlics, to cate\u00adring, provi\u00adsio\u00adning, tech\u00adni\u00adcal and store deli\u00adveries for ferries, merchant ships, cruise ships, rese\u00adarch vessels and rese\u00adarch stations.<\/p>\n<p>The branch of <strong>Thom\u00adsen &amp; Co. in Bees\u00adten<\/strong>, foun\u00added in 2007, bund\u00adles the service busi\u00adness for CHP plants of the Kloska Group under the market-known name <strong>EPS (Engine Power Systems)<\/strong> and, in addi\u00adtion to the sale of new and used CHP modu\u00adles in various perfor\u00admance clas\u00adses, offers compre\u00adhen\u00adsive instal\u00adla\u00adtion and service services for gas engi\u00adnes, CHP modu\u00adles and combi\u00adned heat and power plants. In addi\u00adtion to the usual main\u00adten\u00adance work, trou\u00adble\u00adshoo\u00adting and repair work, the company carries out complete over\u00adhauls of engi\u00adnes and CHP modu\u00adles in the company\u2019s own work\u00adshop or directly on site. The complete range of services is offe\u00adred for gas engi\u00adnes from 40 to 3,000 kW (elec\u00adtric).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ener\u00adgie 360\u00b0, head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in Zurich<\/strong>, is a Swiss public limi\u00adted company that acts as an energy supplier for the city of Zurich, among others, and has a strong focus on rene\u00adwa\u00adble ener\u00adgies. In addi\u00adtion to natu\u00adral gas and biogas, the company\u2019s port\u00adfo\u00adlio also includes solar energy and wood pellets, as well as energy and grid services. Ener\u00adgie 360\u00b0 was alre\u00adady repre\u00adsen\u00adted in Germany by a 50% stake in Ener\u00adgas GmbH, which offers a simi\u00adlar range of services to Thom\u00adsen &amp; Co, espe\u00adci\u00adally in southern Germany. The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of Thom\u00adsen &amp; Co. comple\u00adments Ener\u00adgie 360\u00b0\u2018s port\u00adfo\u00adlio of holdings and expands its acti\u00advi\u00adties to nort\u00adhern and eastern Germany.<\/p>\n<p>After comple\u00adtion of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, Thom\u00adsen &amp; Co. will conti\u00adnue to operate as an inde\u00adpen\u00addent company.
