In Decem\u00adber 2012, capi\u00adton acqui\u00adred the majo\u00adrity of the shares from the foun\u00adding share\u00adhol\u00adders as part of an MBO model. As part of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, which has now been comple\u00adted, capi\u00adton and the mino\u00adrity share\u00adhol\u00adders sold their shares to a family office based in Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
