No infor\u00adma\u00adtion was provi\u00added on the terms of the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Foun\u00added in 1954 as a manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer of plas\u00adtic pack\u00ada\u00adging for the phar\u00admaceu\u00adti\u00adcal indus\u00adtry, Pibi\u00adplast was a pioneer in the intro\u00adduc\u00adtion of envi\u00adron\u00admen\u00adtally friendly pack\u00ada\u00adging solu\u00adti\u00adons. The company has contin\u00adued its specia\u00adliza\u00adtion in skin care and make-up through stra\u00adte\u00adgic acqui\u00adsi\u00adti\u00adons and invest\u00adments in state-of-the-art tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgies. Today, Pibi\u00adplast opera\u00adtes four plants in nort\u00adhern Italy and supplies more than 500 custo\u00admers in 35 count\u00adries.
