He played a signi\u00adfi\u00adcant role in two successful fund raisings as well as the deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of Ambi\u00aden\u00adta\u2019s best prac\u00adtice guide\u00adlines for report\u00ading to regu\u00adla\u00adtors, inves\u00adtors, as well as ESG issues. In addi\u00adtion, Daniele Gatti has been invol\u00adved in the closing of six successful secon\u00addary tran\u00adsac\u00adtions and two co-invest\u00adment tran\u00adsac\u00adtions since joining Ambi\u00adenta from the \u2018Corpo\u00adrate Finance and Tran\u00adsac\u00adtion Services\u2019 prac\u00adtice of the inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal audit firm&nbsp;EY.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gian\u00adcarlo Beraudo<\/strong> has been invol\u00adved in seve\u00adral Ambi\u00adenta invest\u00adments since joining the company (2010). These include machine vision solu\u00adti\u00adons provi\u00adder Lake\u00adsight Tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgies, offshore services provi\u00adder Foun\u00addO\u00adcean Group, and indus\u00adtrial cooling systems company SPIG. Before his time&nbsp;at<br>\nAmbi\u00adenta, Gian\u00adcarlo Beraudo spent three years at Rh\u00f4ne Capi\u00adtal, an invest\u00adment firm focu\u00adsed on mid-sized compa\u00adnies in London, and two years at Bain &amp; Company\u2019s Milan office.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fran\u00adcesco Lodrini<\/strong> has been with Ambi\u00adenta for seven years and has been instru\u00admen\u00adtal in seve\u00adral successful invest\u00adments. These include the manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer of profes\u00adsio\u00adnal clea\u00adning equip\u00adment IP Clea\u00adning, the specialty chemi\u00adcals company<br>\nCalucem and the produ\u00adcer of hydrau\u00adlic compon\u00adents Safim.
