This was announ\u00adced by the company today. Idin\u00advest Part\u00adners has thus signi\u00adfi\u00adcantly excee\u00added its origi\u00adnal target of 600 million euros. More than 60 percent of inves\u00adtors are not from France, Idin\u00advest Part\u00adners\u2019 home market.<\/p>\n<p>Since its launch in 2016, the Idin\u00advest Private Debt IV fund has inves\u00adted 60% of its total volume in 17 compa\u00adnies, more than 40% of which are outside France.<\/p>\n<p>Idin\u00adves\u00adt\u2019s private debt team focu\u00adses on the lower mid-market segment (enter\u00adprise value between \u20ac35 and \u20ac250 million) across Europe and mainly provi\u00addes unitran\u00adche finan\u00adcing with ticket sizes between \u20ac10 and \u20ac75 million.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are proud of the successful fund\u00adrai\u00adsing of our latest private debt invest\u00adment vehicle. Our decade of expe\u00adri\u00adence in the lower mid-market segment in Europe enables us to unlock the best invest\u00adment oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adties for our investors.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In the first quar\u00adter of 2018, Idin\u00advest Part\u00adners saw strong private debt invest\u00adment acti\u00advity across Europe. The company inves\u00adted over 120 million euros in seven compa\u00adnies, inclu\u00adding Frost\u00adkrone, Halex Group and GS Star Hotels in Germany.<\/p>\n<p>This success follows a record year in 2017, when the Private Debt team inves\u00adted nearly \u20ac900 million in 45 compa\u00adnies across Europe. Idin\u00advest Part\u00adners owes its pan-Euro\u00adpean reach to a multi\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal team of 16 private debt invest\u00adment specia\u00adlists and its own offices in Paris, Frank\u00adfurt and Madrid.
