(\u201cKorona\u201d) of Poland. The sellers of Koro\u00adna\u2019s shares were private inves\u00adtors and the manage\u00adment, which will take a reverse stake in GALA-KERZEN GRUPPE<\/strong>. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose details of the transaction.<\/p>\n

Korona is a global manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer of cand\u00adles and supplies renow\u00adned inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal corpo\u00adra\u00adti\u00adons with a wide range of private label products. The company, based in Wielu\u0144, Poland, was foun\u00added in 1992 and also has a produc\u00adtion faci\u00adlity in Dublin, Virgi\u00adnia, USA. The appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately 1,000 employees gene\u00adra\u00adted sales of over 100 million euros.<\/p>\n

With the third acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of GALA-KERZEN within a few months after the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of the Indian Ramesh Flowers and the Berlin Juwel\u00adKerze, GALA-KERZEN rounds off its range and expands its inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal presence. The company has thus become a leading global candle manufacturer.<\/p>\n
